PRE ORDERS
A quick explanation on how it works:
- Pre orders run for a set amount of time.
- Once it finishes, I close the pre orders, and order from my manufacturer. Production starts here!
- I receive the shipment once production is complete, pack and send out the orders. A confirmation email will be sent out to confirm your delivery address.
- If you've ordered anything along with the pre orders that is already readily available, it will be shipped together automatically with the pre order.

COMBINING ORDERS
Before placing an order, please leave a note in the checkout stating your previous order number(s) so that I am able to combine your orders together.
Please also send me an email (apri.apric0tfield@gmail.com) with your order numbers and I will refund the shipping fee difference.
TAXES AND DUTIES / EU + UK ORDERS
- Packages sent internationally may be subjected to import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. It is the customers responsibility to cover these costs. You can find out about the customs and regulations of your country in your local postal service guides.
- EU and UK customers - My Etsy storefront is currently closed until further notice. If you live in the EU or UK, you can now purchase from this shop, however I am not liable for any custom/tax/duty fees. Any VAT payments will need to be paid by the receiver before receiving the parcel.

RETURNS / REFUNDS EXCHANGES
- All items are considered final sale, I do not offer exchanges/change of mind, returns or refunds so please choose carefully before placing your order.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded for any issues other than combined orders.
- Taxation and custom fees based on the customer's home country will not be refunded.
- If your order arrives damaged through delivery, missing an item, different item than ordered, please contact me via email: apri.apric0tfield@gmail.com and I will do my best to help you sort it out.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET
- Please note that international shipment is experiencing major delays due to the pandemic backlog. Estimates for arrival days may vary from country to country which may takes up to 3 months.
- If your order hasn't arrived over 3 months, please contact me so I can help you sort it out!
- Please understand that there is not much I am able to do to speed up the process as once the order has been shipped, delivery will be handled by your local postal carriers, so I thank you for your patience and support.

My order has been delivered to the wrong address
Send me an email and I'll respond asap! - My order says it has been delivered but it never showed up: Unfortunately there is not much that I can do on my end, but sent me an email and I can contact Auspost to let you know which courier is in charge of your package in your country. You will need to contact that courier from there.
DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGE
- Deliveries will be sent every week, typically on Mondays/Fridays. If you wish to make an amendment please contact me ASAP before the Monday starting from when you placed your order.
- Updates cannot be made once the order has been shipped. I cannot offer refunds or replacements if parcels do not arrive due to incorrect address details.
My country isn't listed for shipping?
- If your country is not listed and you are unable to purchase an item, it is most likely that Shopify has not listed your country in their system. Please send me message so that I can help sort something out for you!
